According to clearly specified conditions in advance.

The given area is located on the eastern edge of the town of Desná, in the tourist region of Tanvaldsko, where it extends into a slightly sloping plot oriented to the southwest. The land is sunny most of the day and is situated in a quiet part of the village outside the reach of the hustle and bustle of the big city, in direct contact with nature. You can reach the site by a little-used local asphalt road, which is maintained in the winter and thanks to this is safely passable all year round. Within driving distance (5–10 min) are the ski resorts of Příchovice u Čápa, Albrechtice v Jizerské horách, Černá říčka and Rejdice, which offer both downhill and cross-country skiing. In the summer months, you will appreciate the forests full of mushrooms, blueberries and raspberries and an endless selection of hiking and cycling trips in the Jizerské Mountains.

For the given plot of land where the project would be implemented, we have already obtained a building permit for a sewage treatment plant and a drilled well. A new electrical switchboard is already ready at the border of the plot.
