On the plot of land in Sladká díra, Desná, we offer realization of a project of beautiful log house with a usable floor area of 180 m² (EUR 2,770 without VAT) including furnishings, a sewage treatment plant, a drilled well and completed earthworks, according to our own design, built by Tesařství Petr Smutný s.r.o. According to clearly specified conditions in advance.

The given area is located on the eastern edge of the town of Desná, in the tourist region of Tanvaldsko, where it extends into a slightly sloping plot of land oriented to the southwest. The land is sunny for most of the day and is situated in a quiet part of the village, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, in direct contact with nature. You can get to the place via a little-used local asphalt road, which is maintained in the winter and is therefore safe to drive all year round. Within driving distance (5–10 min) are the ski resorts of Příchovice u Čápa, Albrechtice in the Jizerské hory, Černá říčka and Rejdice, which offer both downhill and cross-country skiing. In the summer months, you will appreciate the forests full of mushrooms, blueberries and raspberries and the endless choice of hiking and cycling trips in the Jizera Mountains.

We already have a building permit for a sewage treatment plant and a drilled well for the given plot of land where the project would be implemented. The new electrical switchboard is already ready at the border of the property.
